Guangzhou International Financial City

A1001 GuanzhouInternational Financial City project is situated at the intersection betweenHuangpu Avenue and Keyun Road. Grantral Land aims to build a landmark shoppingmall providing services of shopping, catering, entertainment, leisure andbusiness travel to the neighborhood and residents in Pearly River Delta Area.The projectcovers an area of 24,288 square meters and plans a floor area of about 350,000square meters. So far its investment has reached 10 billion Yuan. According tothe plan, there will be a 320-meter-high tower as a top-class office buildingwith a floor area of about 130,000 square meters and 1,500 underground parkinglots.


Pazhou Palace


Pazhou Palace islocated in the high-end residential area on Pazhou island. With the overlook ofthe Pearly River in the north, it is situated south to the Huangpu ancientport, adjacent to the International Exhibition Center in the west, and on theopposite bank to the Huangpu Military Academy. The traffic is convenient withthe subway line, tram line, and beltway nearby. The project covers an area of24,595 square meters and plans to build 47 villas and townhouses out of 36structures, each of which has a floor area of between 256 ㎡ and 2010 . All the villas are 4 to 7-storage Baroque buildings, sophisticatedand well-built, a re-definition of what villas should be in China. Theresidences is known as a luxurious downtown villas project situated right atthe third city axis of Guangzhou.
Lipinhui in Conghua District

Lipinhuiis located at No.28, Liquan Road in Hot Spring Town of Conghua District. It’sonly a few minutes’ drive away from Wenquan Town Exit of Daguang Highway.
