In January 2010, “Changjiang (China) Fabrics & Accessories Center” had a grand opening. It yielded a revenue of over 25 billion Yuan from more than 3000 tenants. The textile city became one of the largest modern exhibition and trading markets in the business district, which marked that Grantral Group had claimed 60% of the market shares in Sun Yat-sen University Commercial Circle.
In 2007, it launched the crossover strategy of “Bridging the light textile and clothing industry; Fostering the interactive development among Zhongda, Shahe, and Liuhua Commercial Circles.”, and developed the“Jinma Clothing Center”and the“Jinma International Clothing Network Mall”in Shahe clothing trading commercial circle.
In 2011, the group developed the“Changjiang International Fashion City”in Liuhua clothing trading commercial circle.
In 2012, it developed the“South Clocks and Watches Town”and the“Changjiang International Textile Center”in Liuhua Commercial Circle and Sun Yat-sen University commercial circle.
After 10 years of deep development in commercial properties, Grantral Group now owns 23 modern exhibition and trading business clusters in Sun Yat-sen University circle, Shahe circle, Guangzhou Railway Station-west, and Agriculture and Trading circle.
The clusters cover a land area of more than 2 million square meters in total, provide premises for over 100 thousand manufacturers and dealers, and are involved in more than 10 different industries.
